What exactly
do you pay?
The first 20% is split into two instalments. Once that is completed, the 10% rebate applies. There are no construction-period payments, and 70% is due at handover.
Next payment
Pay the next 10% within 60 days, completing the first 20% of the property value.
Rebate
The 10% rebate becomes applicable after the complete 20% payment is made.
During construction
No scheduled property payments through the construction period.
On handover
The major balance is due when the property is ready for handover.
